RESOLUTION NO. 2613
A RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL IMPRIOVEMENT DISTRICT NO. $02
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That Special Improvement District No. 302 is
hereby created for the purpose of installing a sanitary sewer
in that certain area described in Resolution No. 2610, and
which area is commonly called the Hennessy sewer area.
SECTION 2. That said District is created subject to the
terms and conditions as specified in Resolution No, 2610,
entitled "RE30LUTION OF INTENTION TO CREATE SPECIAL IMPROVE-
MENT DISTRICT NO. 302", passed and approved by the City
Council of the City of Kalispell, Montana, on the 6th day
of March, 1967.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY,OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA, THIS 4th day of ApriX, 1967.
