A RESOLUTION ORDERING CURBS AND SIDEWALKS IN CERTAIN AREAS OF THE CITY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That it is the judgement of the City Council that concrete
upright curbs shall be installed along the following loca-
tions in the City pursuant to Section 24-21 of the Code of
the City of Kalispell, Montana;
Block 165, lot 1: being on the South side of 2nd
Street West from 7th Avenue West in a westerly
direction to the alley.
Cameron Additionp Block 8, lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6,
7, 8: being on the west side of 4th Avenue West
North.
Cameron Addition, Block 9, lots 11, 12, 13, 14, 15,
16: being on the east side of 4th Avenue West North.
SECTION 2. That It is the judgement of the City Council that concrete
sidewalk shall be installed along the following locations
In the City pursuant to Section 24-21 of the Code of the
City of Kalispell, Montana,
Block 165, lot 1: being on the north side of said
lot from 7th Avenue West In a westerly direction to
the alley.
