A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF REAL PROPERTY OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL
WHEREAS, the City of Kalispell is now the owner of a tract of land known
as Tract 11 C described as follows:
A portion of the Southeast quarter of Southwest Quarter (SE�SWk) of
Section 5, Township 28 North, Range 21 West of the N. P. M. contain-
ing about 15.11 acres.
Beginning at a point on the South line of and one hundred eighty nine
and three -tenths (189.3) feet West of the Southeast corner of the
SE�-Sk of section 5-28-21; thence running N. I degree 521 W. 40.2
feet; thence N. 13 degree 451 W. 248.3 feet; thence N, 4 degree 161
W. 64.3 feet; thence N. 24 degree 55' W. 185.2 feet; thence N. 24
degree 36' W. 163 feet; thence N. 55 degree 051 W. 89.5 feet; thence
N. 87 degree 521 W. 45 feet; thence S. 72 degree 541 W. 169 feet;
thence S. 85 degree 240 W. 130 feet; thence N. 51 degree 521 W. 67
feet; thence N. 2 degree W. 85 feet; thence N. 27 degree 03' W. 69.5
feet; thence N. 74 degree 151 W. 103 feet; thence S. 68 degree W.
103 feet; thence S. 40 degree 521 W. 171 feet; thence S. 27 degree
22t W. 48 feet; thence S. 12 degree 401 W. 138 feet; thence S. 21
degree 051 E. 129 feet; thence S. 62 degree 201 E. 134 feet; thence
S. 14 degree 461 W. 366 feet to an intersection with the section
line; thence East along the section line 994 feet to the place of
beginning, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Kalispell, Montana, did on the
10th day of April, 1967, authorize the sale of the above described prop-
erty to Kalispell Pole and Timber Company for the sum of $5,000,00;
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Kalispell,
Montana, that in consideration of the payment of $5,000.00t the above
described tract be conveyed to Kalispell Pole and Timber Company, and the
Mayor of the City of Kalispell be authorip�ed and directed to execute on
behalf of the City of Kalispell, a good and sufficient deed conveying the
above described tract of real estate.
