A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF K/kLISPELL, MONTANA.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. 2575, entitled
"A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO EXTEND THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL, MONTANA," and after a hearing held at a regular meeting of said
City Council, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall in Kalispell, Montana,
at 7:30 P. M. on March 14, 1966 pursuant to said resolution and notice duly
given by publication, as required by law, the boundaries or corporate limits
of the City of Kalispell, Montana, are hereby extended so as to embrace and
Include the tract of land described in said resolution of intention No. 2575,
and hereinafter described, and the said described tract of land is hereby
declared to be annexed to and to be a part of the City of Kalispell, Montana
and within the corporate limits thereof. The time when this resolution shall
go into effect and the extension of the boundaries of the City of Kalispell,
Montana, be made by the Inclusion of said tract of land within the boundaries
or corporate limits of the City of Kalispell, Montana, is hereby declared to
be March 14, 1966,
SECTION 2. That the tract of land so embraced and included within the
boundaries of the City of Kalispell, Montana, is more particularly described
as follows,
Beginning at the Southeast Corner of the intersection of
Third Avenue East and Fourteenth Street, thence Southerly
along the Easterly line of Third Avenue East extended to
its intersection with the South line of Section 17, thence
Westerly along the South line of Section 17, to its inter-
section with the Westerly line of U. S. Highway No. 93,
thence Northerly along the Westerly line of U. S. Highway
No. 93 to its intersection with the North line of the
Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 17,
Township 28 North, Range 21 West, thence Easterly along said
line to its intersection with the Westerly line of Second
Avenue East, thence Southerly along the Westerly line of
Second Avenue East to its intersection with the Southerly
line of Fourteenth Street East, thence Easterly along the
Southerly line of Fourteenth Street East to the point of
beginning.
