RESOLUTION NO. 2574
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONTRACT WITH MORRISON-MAIERLE, INC. FOR
LAWRENCE PARK IMPROVEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
WHEREAS, the City intends to make Improvements to its water system,
including modifications to the Lawrence Park pump station and automation
of the water system controls; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to engage professional engineering services
to properly plan and construct said improvements;
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved that Morrison-Maierle, Inc. of
Helena, Montana, be hired for the purpose of serving as the City's
professional representative in the planning and construction involved;
and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of Kalispell is hereby authorized
to execute a contract with Morrison-Maierle, Inc. for said purpose.

MONTANA, THIS 10th DAY OF JANUARY, 1966.
