RESOLUTION NO. 2573
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR FLYNN TO EXECUTE AN APPLICATION ON BEHALF
OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL FOR A FEDERAL GRANT FOR SEWAGE TREATMENT SYSTEM
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
WHEREAS, the City of Kalispell contemplates making improvements
to their Sewage Treatment System by the construction of new chlorine
handling facilities with financial aid obtained from the Government of
the United States under Title 33, U. S. Code, Section 466 et seq.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Kalispell, Montana, as follows.
That, the City Council does hereby approve of making an application
for Federal Grant for Sewage Treatment Works under Title 33 U. S, Code,
Section 466 et seq., and the City Council does hereby authorize the Mayor
to execute an appropriate application for such Grant upon Form No. PHS-
2654.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA THIS 10th day of January 1966.
