Resolution 2585 - Road Closure - Parkview PlacePESOLUTION NO. 2585
"BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that we, the Nayor and the City Council of the
City of Kalispell, Montana, after receiving a Petition for the closing of a
portion of Parkview Place, In Woodland Heights, within the City of Kalispell,
Montana, described as follows, to -wit:
All of that portion of PARKVIEW PLACE dodicatod to the
public as shown in the official plat of Woodland Heights,
and within the boundaries of said Woodland Heights, which
plat Is on file and of record in the office of the County
Clerk and Recorder of Flathead County, Montana;
and finding that said Petition was signed by all of the property owners Of
lots on said street, and that said Petition was in writing, and that the
closing of said street can be done without detriment to public Interest,
and further finding that Notice that said Petition would be acted upon
was duly given in accordance with Section 11-2802, R. C. M., 1947;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, that we, the Mayor and City Council of the
City of Kalispell, Montana, hereby order and decree that the above described
portion of Parkview Place in Woodland Heights In the City of Kalispell,
1,111ontane, be, and the same hereby is, vacated and discontinued, and the land
therein shall attach to and become part of the adjoining lots.
