A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZINC THE PURCHASE OF PLANT KIX AND LAY DOWN MACHINE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
WHEREAS, the City of Kalispell is desirous of improving the ineans of
street construction and maintenance, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Yalispell feels that this
can most efficiently and effectively be, accomplished through the purchase
of a Plant Mix and Lay Down Machine.
NOW, THERErORr, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL, MONTANA, AS FOLLOWS:
Thatv the City Council does hereby approve the purchase of a Plant
Mix and Lay Down Machine from Monty Machinery Company.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, IDNTANA,
THIS 9TH DAY OF MAY, 1966.
