Resolution 2582 - Increase Water RatesRESOLUTION NO. 2582 WHEREAS, THE CITY OF KALISPELL WATER DEPARTMENT DULY PETITIONED THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION OF MONTANA FOR WATER RATE INICREASES, and WHEREAS, after due notice, the Public Service Commission conducted a pub-lic hearing and thereafter granted certain water rate increases; It Is resolved, that the following water rates be and they hereby are adopted by the City of Kalispell as the applicable Water Rates for the Kalispell Water Department, effective as of April 1, 1966: Monthly Gallons Minimum First 2000 1.50 Next 8000 .50 M Next 10000 .40 M Next 30000 .35 M Next 50000 .30 M Next 100000 .25 M Next 100000 .20 M Over 300000 .15 MI. Multiple family dwellings such as apartment houses, four-plexes, duplexes etc., served through one m.eter. Minimun each dwelling unit $1.50 per month, quantity rates thereafter to apply as listed above. FIRE PROTECTION SPRINKLER-SYSTLIIS- NOT METERED 2" and smaller $5.00 month 411 6.00 month 6§1 7.50 month sit 10.00 month SPECIAL SUMMER RATE MR 1,�WN SPRINKLING All residences on meters will be charged during the months of May, June� July, August, September and October $ .15 per thousand gallons on the amount in excess of the average consumption for the preceding six Tionths. WATER FURNISHED OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS Water furnished to consumers outside the corporate city limits shall be at a surcharge of 25% in excess of corresponding in -city -rates.
