WHEREAS, THE CITY OF KALISPELL WATER DEPARTMENT DULY PETITIONED THE
PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION OF MONTANA FOR WATER RATE INICREASES, and
WHEREAS, after due notice, the Public Service Commission conducted a
pub-lic hearing and thereafter granted certain water rate increases;
It Is resolved, that the following water rates be and they
hereby are adopted by the City of Kalispell as the applicable
Water Rates for the Kalispell Water Department, effective as
of April 1, 1966:

All residences on meters will be charged during the months of May, June�
July, August, September and October $ .15 per thousand gallons on the
amount in excess of the average consumption for the preceding six Tionths.
WATER FURNISHED OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS
Water furnished to consumers outside the corporate city limits shall be
at a surcharge of 25% in excess of corresponding in -city -rates.
