A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR FLYNN TO SIGN DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND
URBAN DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR PUBLIC WORKS PLAN PREPARATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA.
WHEREAS, the City desires to obtain funds from the Department
of Housing and Urban development for the purpose of financing
the cost of preliminary planning consisting of studies, pre-
liminary design, outline specifications and cost estimate for
proposed construction of sanitary sewer facilities.
NOW THEREFORE, it is resolved that T. R. Flynn, Mayor of the
City of Kalispell, Montana be authorized to execute on behalf
of the City of Kalispell and the City Council, Contract No.
H-602-2452 with the Department of Housing and Urban Developrent.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA T14IS 28th DAY OF MARCH 1966.
