WHEREAS: Section 11-909 of the Revised Codes of Fontana, 1947, gives a City
Council power to provide Cor levying the cost of renoval of garbage or Other
offensive matter from streets, alleys, or any premises as a Special tax
against the property from which the same was deposited, the City Council
(Jeems such a inethad more equitahle and just than paying for such renaval
from the General Fund of the City�
SECTION 1. The cost for Removal of Carbage or Other Offansive Matter for
the year 1966 is hereby ostinated to be $56,076.00, and the City Council
finds that the cost of the Removal of Garbage or Other Offer&ve Matter
from the various lots and parcels of land within the City and benefited by
such removal Is the sum set opposite the description of each parcel or lot,
as shown by the assessnent records in the office of the City Qerk�
