A RESOLUTION ESTRIATING THE COST OF PARKING "(AINFENANC�E. AND SPRINKLING THE
STREETS AND AVENUES WITH OIL IN OIL SPRINKLING DISTRICT AND LEV7ING AN ASSESS-
YENT FOR THE SAME FOR TI-37 YEAR 1966.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, �1,10NTANA,
SECTION 1. rhat the entire cost of parking maintenance and of Oil Sprinkling
District for the year 1966 is estimated to be $45,245.08.
SECTION 2. That the assessment is hereby levied on all lots or parcels of
land within the city limits as follows�
501 x 1421 lots @ $1.00 per 1,000 square feet or $7.10 per lot.
Smaller parcels, parts of lots and tracts shall be assessed 14, per
front foot on the first 501 or any portion thereof where actually fronting
or touching Streets or Avenues.
All otber tracts or parcels larger than above shall be assessed at the
rate of $1.00 per 1,000 square feet.
SECTION 3. The assessments are made pursuant to City Records on file in the
Office of the City Clark.

THIS 3RD DAY OF AUCUST, 1966.
