A RESOLUTION ESTINATING TEE COST OF WATER SPRINKLING TUE STREETS AND AVENUES IN,
SPRINKLING DISTRICT NO. 1, AND LEVYING AN ASSESSMENT FOR SAME FOR THE YEAR 1966.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 1,��LISPE'LL, i-IONTANi)_
SECTION 1. That the entire cost of sprinkling the Streets and Avenues in
Sprinkling District No. I for the year 1966 is estimated to be $10,331.05.
SECTION 2. That a tax is hereby levied on all propercy In Sprinkling District:
No. 1, for the cost of sprinkling the Streets and Avenues in the district be-
ing assessed for that portion of the entire cost which its area bears to the
area of the entire district, exclusive of Streets, Avenues, Alleys, and Public
Places.
