A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF A GRANT FROM THE DEPAR-ClIENT OF
HEALTH, EDUCATION, AND WELFARE, WPC-MONT-96
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA,
WHERW$ the City Of XaIiSPell deflreS tO Maye iDPrOMMS to their
Sewage Treatment System by the construction of new chlorine handling
facilities and,
WHEREAS, it Is in the best interests of the City of Kalispell to
accept the grant offer of the Department of Health, Education, and
Welfare.
NOW THEREFORE, be It resolved by the City Council of the City of
Kalispell, Montana, as follows:
That, the City Council does hereby approve the acceptance of the
grant offer of the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare to aid
in the cost of constructing Sewage Treatment Facilities, and the City
Council does hereby authorize the Mayor to execute the offer and
acceptance of Federal Grant for Sewage Treatment Works tinder 33 U.S.C.
466 at seq. Project No. WPC-Mont-96
