Resolution 2579 - Street Load LimitsRESOLUTION W. 2579
It Is hereby resolved by the City Council of the City of
Kalispell, as follows:
Section 1. That, effective March 15, 1966, the load limits
on all City streets shall be 50 pounds less per inch per tire
than the prevailing State of Montana load limit except for
Center Street which shall have the same load limit.
Section 2. Any violation hereof shall be governed by the
general penalty provisions of the Kalispell City Code.
