RESOLUTION OF INTEETMN TO AMNWN AN ALLEY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, 11ONTAW.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the petition of property owners bearing
date August 2, 1966, it is the intention of the City Council of Kalispell,
Montana, to abandon those portions of the alley south of lots 1, 2, 3, and
4 of block 1, all in Park View Addition to Kalispell, Montana.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall post 3 notices of the intention to
nbandor said alley at least one week before August 15, 1966, on which
date the Council intends to act on the aforesaid petition.
