RESOLUTION GRANTING THE ABANDONMENT OF A PORTION OF SEVENTH AVENUE
WEST NORTH
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Kalispell passed a
Resolution on May 3, 1965, declaring Its intention to abandon a certain
portion of Seventh Avenue West North, and the City Clerk duly posted
notices of the intended abandonment as required by law; and
WHEREAS, all of the adjoining landowners, namely MOUNTAIN
MANUFACTURING COMPANY, INC., and MR. and MRS. HUGH P. DOUGLAS, SR.,
joined in requesting said abandonment and no protests were heard;
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Kalispell hereby
grants the abandonment requested and does hereby declare abandoned
the following described street:
All of Seventh Avenue West North lying South
of its Intersection with Montana Street as
shown on the plat of Kalispell Townsite
Company's Addition Number One to Kalispell,
according to said plat which is filed and of
record in the office of the County Clark
Recorder of Flathead County Montana.
