RESOLUT'TON NO. 2540
A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF TIIE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. 2531,
entitled "RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO EXTE41) THE CORPORATE LT.MITS OF
THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA", and after a hearing held at a regular
meeting of said City CoQncil) in the Council Chambers of the City Hall
in Kalispell, Montana, at 7:30 V. MI. on September 8, 1964, pursuant
to said resolution and notice duly given by publication, as required
by law, the boundaries or corporate limits of the City of Kalispell,
Montana, are hereby extended so as to embrace and include the tract of
land described in said resolution of intention No. 2531, and hereinafter
described, and the said described tract of land is hereby declared to
be annexed to, and to be a part of the City of Kalispell, Montana and
within the corporate limits thereof. The time when this resolution
shall go into effect and the extension of the boundaries of the City
of Kalispell, Montana, he made by the inclusion of said tract of land
within the boundaries or corporate limits of the City of Kalispell,
Montana, is hereby declared to be September 1.4, 1964.
SECTION 2. That the tract of land so embraced and included within the
boundaries of the City of Kalispell, Montana, is more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the N. E. corner of the SE% SE� of Section 18,
Township 28 North, Range 21 West, thence South 88 401 West along
the northerly line of sold SEk SEk of Section 18, a distance of
30 feet to the true point of beginning; thence from that point
South 88 401 West along the Northerly line of said SEk SEk of
Section 18, a distance of 653.5 feet, thence South 0 131 West,
a distance of 312.5 feet, thence North 88 401 East, a distance
of 375.02 feet to a point on the Easterly boundary of a public
road, thence South 0 071 East, 4.91 �,eet to the Northwest corner
of Baker's Southside Addition, thence East along the North
boundary of Biker's Southside Addition a distance of 283 feet,
thence North 0 071 West a distance of 324 feet to the true point
of beginning, containing 5.0 acres, more or less.
