RESOLUTION NO. 2544
A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Resolution
No. 2522 entitled "RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO EXTEND THE
CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,, MONTANA", and
after a hearing held at a regular meeting of said City
Council in the Council Chambers of the City Hall in
KatCs-pell, at 7:30 p.m. on February 17, 1964, pursuant
to Said resolution and notice duly given by publication,
as required by law, there being no protests and a plat
having been finally submitted this Ilth day of January 1965,
the boundaries or corporate limits of the City of Kalispell.
Montana, are hereby extended so as to embrace and include
the tract or parcel of land described in said resolution
of i.ntention No. 2522, and hereinafter described, and the
said described tract or parcel of land is hereby declared
to be annexed to, and to be a part of the City of Kalispell,
Montana, and within the corporate limits thereof, The
time when this resolution shall go into effect and the
extension of the boundaries of the City of Kalispell,
Montana, be made by the inclusion of said tract or parcel
of land within the boundaries or corporate limits of the
City of Kalispell, Montana. is hereby declared to be
January 11, 1965.
SECTION 2. That the tract or parcel of land so embraced
and included within the boundaries of the City of Kalispell,
Montana, is more particularly described as follows;
HIGHLAND PARK FIRST ADDITION
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL, MONTANA this Ilth day of January, 1965.
