Resolution 2549 - Abandon Portion of Montana StreetRESOLUTION NO. 2549 RESOLUTION GRANTING THE ABANDONMENT OF PORTIONS OF MONTANA STREET AND AN ALLEY BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA: WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Kalispell passed a Resolution on April 6, 1965, declaring its Intention to abandon certain portions of Montana Street and an alley, and the City Clerk duly posted notices of the intended abandonment as required by law; and WHEREAS, all of the adjoining landowners, namely, B and B Buildings, Inc., and Westmont Tractor Company joined In requesting said abandonment, and no protests were heard. NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Kalispell hereby grants the abandonment requested, and does hereby declare abandoned the following described street and alley: The alley in Block 19 of Kalispell, Montana, between Fourth Avenue East North and Third Avenue East North and the alley In Block 22 of Kalispell, Montana, between Fourth Avenue East North and Third Avenue East North, and Montana Street between Biock 19 and 22, and between Fourth Avenue East North and Third Avenue East Nomth in Kalispell, Montana. PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA, this 19th day of April, 1965. ATTEST: George Reardslee City ClerR T. R.
