RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ABANDON A STREET AND ALLEY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNQIL OF THE CITY OF KALISFELL� MONTANA;
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the petitions of B & B BUILDINGS,
INC. and WESTMONT TRACTOR CO. bearing date of 31st day of March, 1965
and 19th day of March, 1965 respectively, It is the intention of the
City Council of the City of Kalispell, Montana, to abandon the follow-
ing described street and alley:
The alley In Block 19 of KalispellMontana,
between Fourth Avenue East North and Third
Avenue East North and the alley in Block 22
of Kalispell, Montana, between Fourth Avenue
East North and Third Avenue East North, and
Montana Street between Block 19 and 22, and
between Fourth Avenue East North and Third
Avenue East North in Kalispell, Montana.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall post 3 notlQes of the intention
to abandon said alley at least one week before April 19, 1965, on
which date the Council intends to act on the aforesaid petitions.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA, this 6th day of April, 1965.
