RESOLUTION ABANDONING PORTION OF ALLEY LYING BETWEEN FIRST
AVENUE WEST AND SECOND AVENUE WEST
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA:
SECTION 1. Notice of the hearing on the Petition of
Baugh Construction Company, requesting the abandonment of that
portion of the alley lying between First Avenue West and
Second Avenue West and extending from the North side of Third
Street West to a point 125 feet in a northerly direction,
having been duly posted, the abandonment of the aforementioned
portion of alley is hereby granted.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA, this 15th day of March, 1965.
