RESOLUTION NO. 2546-A
RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EASEMENT TO USE PORTION OF ALLEY BETWEEN FIRST
AVENUE WEST AND SECOND AVENUE WEST.
WHEREAS, a request has been made to the City Council of the
City of Kalispell, Montana, to allow the Northwest Video, Inc.
an Easement to use that portion of the alley between First
Avenue West and Second Avenue West and extending from the
South side of Third Street West, across said street in a
northerly direction and from the North side of said street to
a point 125 feet In a northerly direction for the purpose of
laying cable, transmission lines at a distance not less than
15 inches below the surface of the alley and road;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Kalispell, Montana, that the Northwest Video, Inc. be and
the same Is hereby granted an easement for the purposes of
burying their transmission lines not less than 18 inches below
the surface of the street and road in said street and alley
described above.
