RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ABkNDON AN ALLEY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the petition of Baugh Construction
Company bearing date January 27, 1965, It Is the intention of the
City Council of Kalispell, Montana, to abandon that portion of the
alley lying between First Avenue West and Second Avenue West and ex-
tending from Third Street West to a point 125 feet In a northerly
direction.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall post 3 notices of the intention
to abandon said alley at least one week before March 8, 1965, on which
date the Council Intends to act on the aforesaid petition.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA, THIS Sth DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1965.
