RESOLUTION NO. 2572
RESOLUTION FIXING THE COST OF SIDEWALK AND CURB CONSTRUCTION COMPLETED DURING 1965
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. The cost of sidewalk and curb construction COMPlet6d.
4uring 1965, and to be assessed against real estate is hereby fixed
as designated on the attached document which is marked "Exhibit All
and by this reference is adopted herein.
SECTION 2. That warrants be issued for payment of said sidewalk
and curb construction in accordance with the costs fixed herein.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA, AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR THIS 10th DAY OF JANUARY 1966.
