A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR FLYNN TO SIGN HOUSING AND HOME FINANCE
AGENCY FORM CFA - 1901 ASSURANCE OF COMPLIANCE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
WHEREAS, the city desires to obtain funds from the Housing
and Home Finance Agency, and
WHEREAS, it is the Intention of the City to comply with the
housing and home finance agency regulations under title VI
of the Civil Rights Act of 1964,
NOW THEREFORE, it is resolved that T. R. Flynn, Mayor of the
City of Kalispell� Montana be authorized to execute on the
behalf of the City of Kalispell and the City Council, the
necessary agreement with the Housing and Home Finance Agency.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA THIS 20th day of September 1965.
