RESOLUTION NO. 2563
RESOLUTION ABANDONING PORTION OF ALLEY LYING NORTH OF SUNSET BOULEVARD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. Notice of the hearing on the Petition of
Roland Anderson, requesting the abandonment of that
portion of the alley In Block 237 lying north of Sunset
Boulevard, having duly been posted, the abandonment of
the aforementioned portion of alley Is hereby granted.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA, THIS 13th day of September, 1965.
