RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ABANDON AN ALLEY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SEeTION 1. That pursuant to the petition of bland Anderson
b sting dalro July 9� 1965v it Is the Intention of the City Council
o; Kalispell, Montana, to abandon that portion of the alley In
Block 237 lying north of Sunset Boulevard.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall post 3 notices of the Intention
to abandon said alley at least one week before September 7. 1965, on
which date the Council Intends to act on the aforesaid petition.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA
THIS 4th DAY OF AUGUST, 1965.
