A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR FLYNN TO SIGN AN ENGINEERING
AGREEMENT WITH MORRISON-MAIERLE, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
WHEREAS, the City desires to engage an engineering firm to plan a
sewage collection system and disposal plant for the area to the
Northwest of the City, and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to engage the firm
of Morrison-Materle, Incw of Helena� Montana for that purpose,
NOW THEREFORE, it is resolved that T. R. Flynn, Mayor of the City
of Kalispell, Montana be authorited to execute on the behalf of
the City of Kalispell and the City Council the necessary agreement
with said engineering firm so that commencement of the planning for
said proposed project may begin.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA THIS 9th DAY OF AUGUST 1965.
