SECTION 1. That it Is the intention of the Aty Council of the Qty
of 011spAl, Montana, to extend the corporaty limits, and Lo amend
Section 247 of We Revised Ordinances of We City of halispoll, Lantana
of 1947, prescrihing the limits of said Cjuy,

ularly describee, as follows:

Kalispell , Wntana, as describcd ib0v��, w�ll be In the best interests
Of the City A Kalispell, and the inhabitants thereof, and to tho
inhablMnts of the cont1guous trawt above described, and to be In-
cluded althin the limits of said City, and further, that such additlon
will not materially mar the sywoetry and order of the City of Kalispell,
and that such tract proposed to be included within the cor?orate linits
of sald City is Contiguous to sald City.

cluded within the corporate limits of the City of Kalispoll as aforesa!d,
is duly and regularly platted, as required by Inw, and is to bo class-
ified as N0.1 RESIDENCE ZONE.

Council Chaplers of the City Hall in Kalispell, Nontana, at a regular
meeting thereof, the City Council will hear and pass upon any protests
