A RESOLUTION ORDERING CURBS IN CERTAIN AREAS OF THE CITY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA;
That It is the judgement of the City Council that concrete upright curbs
shall be Installed along the following locations in the City pursuant to
Section 182 of the Revised Ordinances of 1947:
Block 256 Lot 1; Block 255 Lot 61 being the north and south sides of
10th Street East from Woodland Avenue West to the Alley.
Block 70 Lots 6 and 7; being the north side of 4th Street West between 4th
Avenue West and 5th Avenue West.
Block 71 Lot 12; being the south side of 4th Street West from 5th Avenue
West, East to the alley.
Block 1. Lot 4� Storms Addition; Block 1, Lots 5, 6, 7v Storms Addition;
and Tracts T-5 DOA; T-5DKAA; T-5DKA; T-5DSA; T-5DSC; T-5DJB; T-5DWA; T-5DWB;
T-5DTA; T-5DTAB; T-5DXA; T-5DNC; T-5DNB; T-5DVAA; T-5DVA; Block 13 Lot 6
Western Addition; Block 12 Lot 1 Western Addition; being the north and South
sides of 5th Street West between 10th Avenue West and Meridian Road and
north on Meridian to the alley.
Block 204, Lots 1, 2, 3, 4. and 6; being on the West side of 7th Avenue
East between 7th and 8th Street.
Block 201, Lots 1, 2� 31 4� 5s and 6; being on the West side of 7th Avenue
East between 6th and 7th Streets.
Block 200, Lot* 7; being on the North side of Seventh Street East between
7th Avenue East and Woodland Avenue.
Bloc k 256, Lots 10 and 11; being on the East side of 8th Avenue East
between 10th and Ilth Streets East.
Block 257, Lots 1. 2� 3$ 4, 5, and 6; being on the West side of Sth Avenue
East between 10th and Ilth Streets and West to the alley on 10th Street
East and West to the alley on llth Street East.
