A RESOLUTION ORDERING 114 CURBS AND SIDEWALK REPAIR
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
That It is the judgement of the City Council of the City of Kalispell,
Montana, that upright concrete crubs shall be constructed along the
following described locations in the City of Kalispell, pursuant to
Section 182 of the Revised Ordinances of 1963:
Lots 7 to 12 of Block 214; Lots 1 to 6 of Block 215, being on First
Avenue East between 12th and 13th Streets, both sides of Avenue.
Lots I to 6 and Lot 12 of Block 206, curb extending along North line
of Block 206, on 8th Street East; along East side of Block 206 on
6th Avenue East, and along South side of Block 206 from 6th Avenue
East to alley.
Lots 2 to 6 of Block 203, curb extending along East side of Block
203, on 6th Avenue East and along South side of Block 203 from 6th
Avenue East to alley.
Lots 1.2 and 13 of Block 126; Lots 1. and 24 of Block 132, curb
extending along South side of Block 126 and North side of Block 132
on 10th Street West.
Lots 12 and 13 of Block 107; curb extending along South side of Block
107 on 8th Street West.
SIDEWALK REPAIR AT FOLLOWING LOCATIONS:
Lot 24 of Block 142.
Lots I and 12 of Block 58; portions of sidewalk on South side of
2nd Street Eastv between 2nd Avenue East and 3rd Avenue East.
Lots 13 and 15 of Block 107; on East side of Block 107, on 2nd Avenue
West.
