A RESOLNTTON OF INTENTION TO EXTENU THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF
W CITY OF KALFSPELL, MONTANA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCTI, OF THE CITY OF KALTSPELL, MONTANA,
SECTION 1. Thor it is the intention of the City Council of the City W
Kalispell, Montnna to extend the corporate IWLS, and to amend Section
247 oF the Revised Ordinances of Lhe City of Kalispell, prescribing the
limits of said City�

described as follows:

SECTION 3. That the extension of the boundaries of the City of Kalispell,
Montana, as described above, will be in the best interests of the City of
Kalispellt and to the inhabitants thereof, and to the inhabitants of the
Contiguous tract above described, and to be included within the corporate
limits of said City, and further that said addition will not materially
mnr the symmetry and order of the City of Kalispell, and that said tract
proposed to be included within the corporate limits of said City, is
contiguous to sold City.
SECTION 4. That the said tract of land above described, and to be
Included within the corporate IWAs of the CRy of Kalispell, is to be
classified as number ONE zone,
SECTION 5. That on the 17th day of February, 1964, at 7:30 P. M. in the
Council Chambers of the City Ball in Kalispell, Montana, at a regular
meeting thereof, the City Council will consider any expressions of approval
or disapproval, in writing, of the proposed extension of the boundaries of
said City from resident freeholders of the above described lots proposed
to be embraced, which expressions in writing have been filed with the City
Clerk an or before February 13th, 1964.
SECTION 6. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
give the proper notice of the passage of this resolution by publication,
as required by law, such publication to be made in the Kalispell News, a
weekly newspaper in the City of Kalispell, Montana.
