A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FINDS TN THE CITY TREASKRY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCTI, OF PHE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION V Whereas, the Water Department and Sewer -Service now have
on hand funds in excess of their current operating requirements, and
whereas, it is in the best interests of the City of Kalispell, that
surplus funds be invested In interest bearing obligations;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RFSOLVEn BY THE CITY COIOCTL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL, MONTANA, that the sum of $73,WaO of Wawr Pepanmvnt
funds, and $10,000.00 of Sewer -Service funds, be invested in local
bank TIME CERTIFICATES for a 6 months period, and renewable for
additional 6 months periods, so long as the Knds are available
for Qvestment�
