SECTION 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. 25Wi,
entitled "RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO EXTEND THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF
THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA", and after a hearing held at a regular
meeting of said City Council, in the Council Chambers of the City "all
In Kalispell, Montana, at 700 P. M. on October 7, 1963, pursuant to
said Resolution and notice duly given by publication as required by
law, the boundaries or corporate limits of the City of Kalispell,
Montana, are hereby extended so as to embrace and include the tract
or parcel. of land described in said resolution of intention No. 2507,
and hereinafter d4scribed, and the said described tract or parcel of
land is hereby declared to be annexed to, and to be a part of the
City of Kalispell, Montana, and within the corporate limits thereof.
The time when the resolution shall go into effect, and the extension
of the boundaries of the City of Kalispell, Montana be made� by the
Inclusion of said tract or parcel of land within the boundaries or
corporate limits of the City of Kalispell, Montana, is hereby declared
to be October 7, 1963.
SECTION 2. That the said tract or parcel of land so embraced and
Included within the boundaries of the City of Kalispell, Montana,
Is more particularly described as follows:
A tract of land In the Southwest Quarter of the
Southwest Quarter of section 17, Township 28 North,
Range 21 West; beginning at a point 30 feet easterly
from the Southwest corner of Section 17; thence North
0 07* West, a distance of 191.65 feet; thence North
76 111 East, a distance of 323.69 feet; thence South
58 491 East, a distance of 30 feet; thence South 13 491
East, a distance of 262.39 feet to the South line. of
Section 17; thence North 89 504 West, a distance of
400.0 feet, more or less, along the Southerly line of
Section 17, Township 28 North, Range 21 West, to the
point of beginning.
