A,"I'D SMEWALK WARRANTS,
BE IC RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIE CITY OF KALTSPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer be, and she hereby is,
directed to pay interest on all curb and sidewalk wnrraats from
the date of maturity until p0d.
SECTION 2. Such interest shall be at the same rate as
designated on said warrants and shall only be paid on those
warrants Which Could not be redeemed by the City due to lack
of money or for other good cause.
