A RESOLITION OF INTENTION TO EXTEND THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF TPE
CITY OF KALISPELL, MONWAA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA.
SECTION 1. That it is the intention of the CAy Connell of the City of
Kalispell, Montana to extend the corporate limits, and to amend Section
247 of the Revised Ordinances of the City of Kalispell, Montana of 1947
prescribing, the limits of said City.
SECTION 2. That the proposed ndditional area to be included within the
corporate limits of the City of Kalispell, Montana is more particularly
describ& as follows;
LOTS ONE, TWO, FOUR, FIVE AND SIX OF BLOCK TITIRTEE�l OF HIGH
SCHOOL ADDITION TO KALISPELL, excluding therefrom the South
75 feet of the North 89.47 feet of the East 150 feet of Lot
Five, and the East 798 feet of the South 50 feet of Lot Six,
All in Block Thirteen of High School Addition to Kallapell,
Montana.
SECTION 3. That the extension of the boundaries of the City ofKalispell,
Montana, as described above, will be in the best Interests of the City of
Kalispell, and the inhabitants thereof, and to the inhabitants of the
contiguous tracts above described, and to be included within the corporate
limits of said City, and further that said addition will not materially
mar the symmetry and order of the City of Kalispell, and that said tracts
proposed to be included within the corporate limits of said City arc
contiguous to said City.
SECTION 4. That the said tracts of land above described, and to be included
within the corporate limits of the City of Kalispell, Montana are to be
classified as number zone.
SECTION 5. That on the Sth day of July, 1963 a; 7:30 P. M. In the Council
Chambers of the City Hall in Kalispell, Montana, at a regular meeting
thereof, the City Council will consider any expressions of approval or
disapproval, in writing, of the proposed extension of the boundaries of
said City from resident freeholders of the above described lots proposed
to be embraced, which expressions in writing have been filed with the City
Clerk on or before June 27, 1963
SECTTON 6. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
give the proper notice of the passage of this resolotion by publication,
as required by law, such publication to be made in the Daily Inter Lake,
a daily newspaper published in the City of Kalispell, Montana.
