VESOLUTION NO. 2508
A RESOLUTION EXTE=IC TPE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF KAUSPELL
BE IP RESOLVED BY THE CTCY CNNCIL OF ME CITY OF KUTSPELL, MONITANIA,
SECTION 1. Thn pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No, ?506, entitled
"RESOLUT10N OF YNTENTION rO EXTEND ME CORPORATE 1,11MITS OF THE CIPY OF
KALISPELL, MONTANA", and after a hearing held st a regular meeting of said
City Council, in the Council Chnmbers Q the City UIL in Kalispell, Mancana
nt 7:30 P. M. on August 5, 1963, pursuanL to said resolution and notice duly
given by publication ns required by law, the boundaries or corporate limits
of the City oF Kalispell, MonLonn, are hereby extended so as to embrace ond
include the tract or parcel of land described in said resolution of inten-
tion No. 2506, nnd hereinafter described, and the said described tract or
parcel of land is hereby declared to be annexed to, and to be a part of the
City Of Ulispell, Montana, and within the corporate limits thereof. Che

boundaries of the City of Knlispoll, Mantona be made, by the inclusion of
said tract or parcel oF land with!" the boundaries or corporate limits of
the City of Kalispell, Montana, is hereby declnred to be August 5, 1963.
SECTION 2. That the snid tract or parcel oF land so cmbraced and included
wiLhin the boundaries of the City of Kalispell, Moatnanj is tiorc 1wrticularly
described as follows!
CommencQ8 at the Northeast corner of the Northeast QuarLer of
section in thenep s o n6l W., 15ns.4 feet to a point; thence West
30.o reet to a point on the Westerly boundary line of n County
Rood, and the true point of beginning of the tract of land being
describe6; thence West 208.7 feet to a point; thence S 0 061 W.,
and parallel to the Westerly boundary line of said County Road,
165.0 feet to a point; thence East and parallel to the North line
of the property being described 208.7 Feet to the Westerly bound-
ary line of sold Commy Road; thence along the Westerly line of
said County Road 165.0 feet to the true point of beginning, and
containing approximately 0.79 acres of Und, mere or less.
