A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF TIM CITY OF KALISPELL,
MOMANA.
RE IT RESOLVED BY THE CTTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA,
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. 2502,
entitled "RESOLUTION OF 10�,'[:NTION TO TIIE COPTIORATE LIMITS OF,
CHE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA", and aner n hearing held Rt a regular
meeting of said City Council in the Council Chambers of the City Hall
in Kalispell, Montane, at 7:30 P. M. on July 8, 1963, pursuant� to aald
resolution and notice duly given by publication ns required by law,
the boundaries nr corporate limits of the City of Kalispell, Montana,
are hereby extended so as to embrace and include the tract or parcel of
land described in said resolution of invntlon A. 7W2, and herAwfter
described, and the said described tract or parcel of land is hereby
declared to be annexed to, and to he a part of the City of Kalispell,
Montana, and within the corporan 131ts thereof. The time wben this
resolution shall go into effect and the e-xtension of the boundaries of
the City of Kalispell, Montana, be made by the inclusion. of said tyact
or parcel of land within the boundtoles or corpmate limits of the City
of Kalispell, Montana, is hereby declared to be July H, 1963.
SECTION 2. Thac the sold tract or parcel of land so embraced and
included within the boundsrias of the City of Kalispell, Montana is
more particularly described as follows:
Aeginniag ot the NW corner of Section 20, Township ?3 North,
Range 21 West; thence southerly along the westerly line of
said0ection 20, to iLs intersection with the southerly low
water line of Ashley Creek; thence southeasterly along the
southerly low water line of Ashley Creek to its inersection
with the easterly line of the NWj SW44 of Section ?0, Towqship
23 North, Ranqe 21 West; thencQ norLherly along said line to
the NE corner of the TA FWJ of Section 20, Township ?9 North,
Range ?I West; thence easterly along the southerly line of the
