A RESOLUTION EKTENDING THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. 2492 entitled
"RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO EXTEND THe CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF
KALISPFLL, MONTANA", and ofter a hearing held at a regular meeting of said
City Council in the Council Chambers of the City Hall in Kalispell, Montana
at 7:30 P. M. on June 3, 1963, pursuant to said resolution and notite duly
given by publication, as required by law, the boundaries or corporate limits
of the City of Kalispell, Montana, are hereby extended so as to embrace and
include the tract or parcel of land described in said resolution of intention
No. 2492, and hereinafter described, and the said described tract or parcel.
of land is hereby declared to be annexed to, and to be a part of the City of
Kalispell, Montana, and within the corporate limits thereof. The time when
this resolution shall go Into effect and the extension of the boundaries of
the City of Kalispell, Montana, be made by the inclusion of said tract or
parcel of land within the boundaries or corporate limits of the City of
Kalispell, Montana, is hereby declared to be June 3, 1963.
SECTION 2. The sold tract or parcel of land so embraced and included within
the boundaries of the City of Kall"ell, MwAnnal is more Particularly
described as follows;
Beginning at a point which is 683.5 feet west of the northeast
corner of the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of
Section 18, Township 28 North, Range 21 West, Montana Meridian,
and on the north boundary line thereof, which point of beginning
Is also located at the point where the east boundary line of
Second Avenue West of Kalispell, Montana according to a map or
plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County
Clerk and Recorder of Flathead County, Montana, intersects the
north boundary line of said southeast quarter of the southeast
quarter of Section 18, Township 28t Range 21 West; thence west
and along the north boundary line of said SEV SQ, of Section 18,
a distance of 572 feet to a point; thence, southerly and parallel.
to the east boundary of Section 18, a distance of 105 feet to a
point; thence easterly and parallel to the north bouNary line of
the SEk SEkt of Section 18, a distance of 39.5 feet to a point;
thence, southerly and parallel to the easterly boundary line of
Section 18, a distnnce ob 505 feet to a point; thence, easterly
and -parallel to the northerly boundary of the SQ SEE, of Section 18,
a distance of 532.5 feet to a point; thence, northerly and parallel.

feet to the point of beginning, contai"ing 7.55 acres more or less.
