RESOLUT ION
RESOLUTION EXTAING WE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA,
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. 2493 entitled
RESOLUTION 01 INTENTION TO EKTEqD THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF TUE CITY OF
KALISPELL, MONTANA", and after a hearing held at a regular meeting of said
City Council in the Council Chambers of the City Hall ip Kalispell, Montane,
at 700 P. M. on June 3, 1963, pursuant to said resolution and notice duly
given by publication, as required by low, the boundaries or corporate limits
of the CIty of Kalispell, Montana, are hereby extended so as to embrace and
include the tract or parcel of land described in sold Resolution of Intention
No. 2493, and hereinafter described, and the said described tract or parcel
of land is hereby declared to be annexed to, and to be a part of the City of
Kalispell, Montana, and within the corporate limits thereof* The time when
this resolution shall go into effect and the extension of the boundaries of
the City of Kalispell, Montana, be made by the inclusion of said tract or
parcel of land within the boundaries or corporate limits of the City of
Kalispell, Montana, is hereby declared to be June 3, 1963.
SECTION 2. That the said tract or parcel of land so embraced and included
within the boundaries of the City of Kalispell, Montana is more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of Section 18, Township 28
north, Range It West, Montang Meridian; thence westerly along
the south boundary line of said Sect%n 18, a distatme of 333
feet to a point; thence northerly and parallel to the easterly
boundary line of Section 18t a distance of 125 feet to a point;
thence south 83, ll* west a distance of 360.26 feet to a point;
thence north 06 131 east a distance of 125 feet to a point;
thence north'880 III east a distance of 339,52 feet to n point;
thence north 01 71 east a distance of 169,4 feet to a point;
thence north 88, 111 east a distance of 40 feet to a point vAlch
is also the southwest corner of Lot 13, Block I of the Baker
Addition to Kalispell, Montana, according to a map or plat thereof
on file and of record in the office of the County Clerk and Recorder
of Flathead Countyt Montana; thence easterly along the southerly
boundary of said Lot 13, a distance of 108.9 feet to the northwest
corner of Lot 12;,thence southerly along the westerly line of Lot 12,
a distance of 50 feet; thence easterly along the southerly line of
the Baker Addition a distance of 174.1 feet to the westerly edge of
the County road; thence south 0- 71 east a distance of 374.4 feet;
thence north 831 111 east a distance of 30 17pet to the point of
beginning.
