RESOLUTION NO. 2482
RESOLUTION authorizing filing of application with the Housing and Home Finance
Agency, United States of America, for a grant under the terms of Public Law
345, 84th Congress, as amended by the Public Works Acceleration Act.
WHEREAS, under the terms of said Public Law 345, as amended, the United States
of America has authorized the making of grants to public bodies to aid In
financing the construction of specific public projects;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
KALISPELL, MONTANA:
1. That Marshall H. Murray be and he is hereby authorized to execute and
file an application an behalf of CITY OF KALISPELL with the Housing and Home
Finance Agency, United States Government, for a grant to aid in financing the
construction of a water main to Northridge Addition, Kalispell, Montana.
2. That Marshall H. Murray, City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized and
directed to furnish such information as the Housing and Home Finance Agency
may reasonably request In connection with the application which is herein
authorized to be filed.
