RESOLUTION NO. 2480
A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL� MONTANAI
tECTION 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Resolution 2477,
entitled **RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO EXTEND THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF
THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA", and after a hearing held at a regular
meeting of said City Council In the Council Chambers in the'City Hall
in Kalispell, Montana, on the 10th day of December, 1962 at 7:30 P. M.,
pursuant to said resolution and notice thereof duly given by publication
as required by law, the boundaries or corporate limits of the City of
Kalispell, Montana are hereby extended so as to embrace and include the
tract or parcel of land described in said Resolution of Intention
No. 24779 and hereinafter described, and the said described tract or
parcel of land Is hereby declared to be annexed to, and to be a part
of the City of Kalispellg Montana, and within the corporate limits
thereof. The time when this resolution shall go into effect and the
extension of the boundaries of the City of Kalispell, Montana be made
by the inclusion of said tract or parcel of land within the boundaries
or corporate limits,of the City of Kalispell, Montana, is hereby
declared to be December 10, 1962.
SECTION 2. The said tract or parcel of land so embraced and included
within the boundaries of the City of Kalispell, Montana is more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 4, thence running
westerly along the North boundary line of Lot 4 on a bearing
of S. 89 541 300 W. a distance of 342.43 feet to a point where
the northerly extension of 8th Avenue West North intersects
the North boundary line of said Lot 4; thence S. 13 491 E.
along westerly boundary line of 8th Avenue West North and
continuing southerly a distance of 1,223.97 feet, from above
point to its intersection of the South boundary line of the
Great'Northern Right of Way, thence N. 76 110 E. along the
South property line of the Great Northern Right of Way, a
distance of 40.00 feet to Its Intersection with the'easterly
boundary line of said Lot 4; thence N. 181 30",E. 1,179.43
feet to the point of beginning.
