A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING SEWER FUNDS TO TIME,CERTIFICATE*
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA:
Section 1. Whereas there is now a surplus of funds in the
SEWER SERVICE FUND, over and above current requirements, and
Section 2. Whereas it Is in the best Interests of the City
of Kalispell, that this surplus be invested In interest
bearing Time Certificate, with the resultant earnings there-
from,
NOW BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALTSPELL� MONTANA, that the sum of $15,000.00 of SEWER
SERVICE FUNDS� be invested In a Bank Time Certificate of
Deposit for a term of six months, to be renewed at six
months periodsi until such time as these funds may be
required for operation of the SEWER SERVICE FUND.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL THIS 20th day of
November, 1962.
