A RESOLUCION OF INTENTIDN TO EXTEND TIM CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE -
CITY OF KALISPELL, MOMCANA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF I'llE. OF' KALISPLLL, MONTANA.
SECTION 1. That it is the intention ar the city counco of the city of
Kalispell, Montana to extend Lhe corporaLe IQUS, aid to nmend Section
247 W the Revised Ordinances of the City of Kalispell, licintana of 1967
prescribing the limits OF said City.

described as 17ollows:

approval or disapproval, in writing, of the proposed extension of the
boundaries of said City from resident freeholders of the above described
lots proposed go be embraced, which expressions in writing hnve been
filed with the City Clerk on or Wore July U, 1963.
SECTION 6. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to give
the proper notice of the passage of this rusolution by publication, as
required by law, such publication to be made in vive Pally Incer Lake, n
daily newspaper published in the City of Kalispell, Montano.
