A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRI14G CERTAIN FUNDS IN THE CLTY TREASURY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. Whereas the Water Department of the City of Kalispell now
has on hanJ funds in excess of its current operating requirements,
and whereas it is in the best interests of the City of Kalispell that
this excess of funds be invested in interest bearing obligations,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL, MONTANA that the sum of $30,000.00 of Water Department
funds be invested in local bank TIME CERTIFICATE for a 6 months
period, renewable for additional six months periods, so long as
such funds are available for investment.
PASSED AND APPROVLP BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND TIE MAYOR THIS 8th day of
October, 1962,
