RESOLUTION NO. 2499
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZINC SALE OF PRoPER:rY OWNED BY T11E
CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA
Whereas, the City of Kalispell is the owner of Lot one of
Block one of Montgomery Addition to Kalispell, which lot is not
held in trust for any specific purpose, and
WHEREAS, an offer has been made by Frank 11, Trippet to purchase
said lot, excepting the North 40 feet thereof at a price of
$1,25.00, and
WHEREAS, said offer is considered to be a fair offer, and its
acceptance would be in the best interests of the City of Kalispell.,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Kalispell, Montana, that the sale of the above described Lot one
of Block one of Montgomery Addition to Kalispell, excepting the
North 40 feet of said Lot, be authorized, and that the Mayor be,
and is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the
City of Kalispell, a good and sufficient deed to sold above
described lot to Frank 11. Trippet for and in consideration of the
sum of $125.00.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Kalispell,
Montana this 2nd day of April, 1963.
