Resolution 2488 - Discontinue Alley - Park View AddnRESOLUTION NO. 2489
WHEREAS, a petition has been presented to the City Council of the
City of Kalispell, Montana, to discontinue, vacate and abandon all
those portions of the alley of Park View Addition to Kalispell
described as follows;
The whole of the alley South of Lots Five (5) and Six
(6) of Block One (1) all In Park View Addition to Kalispell, Montana
according to the map or plat thereof on file and of record In the
office of the County Clerk and R'ecorder of Flathead County, Montana
and further finding that said petition alleges that all of the
owners of lots adjoining the alley to be vacated have signed said
petition, that said petition was In writing, and that the closing
of said alley can be done without detriment to the public Interest,
and ' further finding that notice of said petition was duly given in
accordance with Section 11-2802 R.C.M., 1947;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Kalispell, Montana, that the above described alley in Park View
Addition to Kalispell, Montana be, and the same is hereby discon-
tinued, vacated and abandoned, and that the land therein shall
attach to and become part of the adjoining lots and properties*
PASSED AND APPROVED this 4th day of March, 1963.
