,A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTIONA. That pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. 2485
entitled "RESOLUTION OF INTENTION To EXTEND THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF
THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA", and after a hearing held at a regular
meeting of said City Council In the Council Chambers of the City Hall
In Kalispell, Montanaj at 7:30 P4 M. on February 11, 1963, pursuant to
said Resolution and notice duly given by publication, as required by
law, the boundaries or corporate limits of the City of Kalispell�
Montanav are hereby extended so as to embrace and Include the tract
or parcel of land described in said Resolution of Intention No. 2485,
and hereinafter described, and the said described tract or parcel of
land is hereby declared to be annexed to, and to be a part of the City
of,Kalispell, Montana, and within the corporate limits thereof. The
time when this resolution shall go into effect and the extension of
the boundaries of the City of Kalispell, Montana, be made by the
Inclusion of said tract or parcel of land within the boundaries or
corporate limits of the City of Kalispell, Montana, Is hereby declared
to be February 11, 1963*
SECTION1. The said tract or parcel of land so embraced and Included
within the boundaries of the City of Kalispell, Montana is more
particularly described as follows;
"SHOP ADDITION TO KALISPELL"
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA this llth day of February 1963.
