RESOLUTION NO, 2486
A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. 2481
entitled "RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO EXTEND THE CORPORATE LIMITS
OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA", and after a hearing held at a
regular meeting of said City Council in the Council Chambers of
the City Hall in Kalispell, Montana, at 7:30 P. M. on January 7,
1963, pursuant to said resolution and notice duly given by publi-
cation as required by law, the boundaries or corporate limits of
the City of Kalispell, Montana, are hereby extended so as to
embraqe and include the tract or parcel of land described in said
Resolution of Intention No. 2481, and hereinafter described, and
the said described tract or parcel of land is hereby declared to
be annexed to, and to be a part of the City of Kalispell, Montana,
and within the corporate limits thereof. The time when this
resolution shall go into effect and the extension of the inclusion
of said tract or parcel of land within the boundaries or corporate
limits of the City of Kalispell, Montana, is hereby declared to be
January 7, 1963.
SECTION 2. The said tract or parcel of land so embraced and in-
cluded within the boundaries of the City of Kalispell, Montana Is
more particularly described as follows;
BAKER SOUTH SIDE ADDITION TO KALISPELL, MONTANA,
EXCLUDING LOTS THIRTEEN AND FOURTEEN OF SAID ADDITION.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA this 7th day of January 1963.
